When you book a Kauri Bay wellness experience, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, dietary requirements, and payment information (processed securely via Stripe).
2. Why We Collect It
We collect this information to process your booking, manage attendance, accommodate dietary needs, send confirmations and reminders, and manage customer relationships.
3. Who Receives Your Data
- Stripe Inc. (USA) — Payment processing
- HubSpot Inc. (USA) — Booking management
- Resend (USA) — Email delivery
4. Data Retention
Booking data retained 12 months after event. Payment records retained 7 years per NZ tax law.
5. Marketing
Marketing emails only with explicit opt-in. Unsubscribe anytime.
6. Your Rights
Under NZ Privacy Act 2020: access, correct, or delete your data. Contact hello@kauribay.co.nz. Response within 20 working days.
